Thats another one in the bag. However I am slightly apprehensive about the next one 20 mins continuous. Where the hell did that one come from. I have a plan though. Am going outdoors for it. No distractions or clock watching just me and the route I have planned. I'm gonna really take my time and have no care for distance just as long as I continuously jog for 20 mins. Will let you know on Monday how it went.

You're looking at it the right way anyway just take your time and distance doesn't matter just complete 20 minutes good luck

I felt exactly the same and people told me the two 8 minute walks plus the brisk walk is 21 minutes so you've already done it once. It's the brain you need to convince, not the body. You'll smash it.

Well done.

You can do it.

Good plan... slow steady running will get you to 20... your legs are ready and so is the body... what you have is a mental challenge because it’s double figures and it doesn’t start with a 1 either... it looks scary, but it really isn’t, and it makes you feel so good at the end. Enjoy that run.
