Onto week 3 !

I've just finished run 1 of week 3 and I really enjoyed it. Found the first 2 weeks challenging but doable so was quite apprehensive about a 3 min run . I think I've maybe been running a little too fast so have slowed it down and I found it much easier . Today was the first day that I thought "I can do this" . Slow and steady all the way !

If course you can do it Shhaze, congratulations on completing weeks 1 and 2 and run 1 of week 3, so happy to know that you enjoyed it, as you say take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3

Fantastic! You’re doing brilliantly. It sounds like you’ve found it already but keeping it slow and steady is the way to do all your runs. The pace where you can talk in full sentences without gasping.  Most of us go too fast! Recovery days between runs are absolutely essential too

There’s a great little guide to the programme here with lots of helpful hints and tips.  Well worth a read if you haven’t already.

Well done!

That slower pace you've discovered is **really** important and will become essential as you move through the next few weeks.
