First Run in a very long time .. Few stops to catch breath and then to strip off jacket and gloves ( did not expect to get too hot )
With stops and a gentle Plod albeit still found tough managed 5k in 33mins..

Well done, but you were pretty speedy - wouldn't call that a gentle PLOD at all! No wonder you found it tough, especially after a break...... !! Bet it felt good to be back. 🤗🏃♀️
