Good luck! I don’t know the 5k runner app-is it similar to c25k? Same as before-take it steady and before you know it you’ll be back in a routine and building towards where you want to be.

Good luck from London 🍀 I use the app. It is a great app for Android devices. It stores all my 5km Parkrun times and automatically uploads your weekly Parkrun time. On Apple IOS devices there is a dedicated Parkrunn app.
