There will be a lot of new people here who have decided to bite the bullet and launch into their new years running resolution! Trust the programme and listen to your body. I really struggled to run for 60 seconds just 6 months ago, and now I can run for 50 mins. There were a few set backs, life got in the way a few times, and I dropped back and repeated a few of the weeks, probably completing in around 12 weeks rather than 9 weeks. Don't worry just keep moving forward!
I felt apprehensive, self conscious (still do a little), sometimes feeling that the scale of achievement didn't match the real sense of accomplishment I felt. I was of course wrong, all of these mile stones should be celebrated wildly π from your first 60 seconds to whatever running goal is currently in front on you.
Most of all good luck have fun.
