Yesterday I finished week 8 run 3. It is so interesting to see how different the same run can be, just a day apart -- at the end of run 2, I wondered how I'd be able to run two more minutes when week 9 comes around. At the end of run 3, I felt like I could keep going!
I am loving this process of learning about running, learning what I'm capable of (and not), and the discovery that I am really starting to love running. I wasn't sure if there would be a ParkRun here in the US near me, but there is one just a few towns over! I'm interested to experience one; when I was younger and running, I never felt capable of running an event. Maybe after consolidation I will try a ParkRun! Looking forward to a new year with more growth in my running!
Thanks to everyone who posts here. I don't post often, but I do lurk and read all of your posts!π

Congratulations to you Gildamonster (that's some username - monster πΎ ) on almost completing C25K with week 8, not long now until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run.
It often amazes me that runs can feel so different for absolutely no good reason at all. Really glad you had a good one. Three to go! Keep it steady and before you know it, youβll be requesting your graduate badge! Really well done πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
