Well real life got in the way there for this week with rain and work making the first few days far more hectic than planned. So I didn't get out until the back end of the week but I still completed R2 today. I'll pick up with R3 in a couple of days and get back on track.
I was a bit despondent at first, worried about lost momentum but that evaporated as soon as I got on with R1. Sometimes you really do have to shrug it off and plough on
With regards to the running itself I was really pleased with how they've gone. I didn't find the step up a struggle and still well within my comfort zone so in itself that is inspiring. There's no complacency though; I know we all hit a wall eventually and that'll need to be ploughed through too!
All in all, I'm still chalking this week up in the "win" column for myself. I'm truly more pleased with getting back on with it than the actual performance. Plodding onwards and speak more later...
