W2 R2 - Looking forward to R3

Loved tonight’s run, making the most of the mild weather and running on the trails in the park.

So glad that I stumbled across this challenge, always avoided running as when ever I have tried in the past I failed miserably, it turns out I was approaching it all wrong.

Only on week 2 and already think I have the bug. Never thought I could do it but getting revved up for run 3 and then week 3...!!

Brilliant- well done. It's quite addictive isn't it? Let us all know how you get on with each run!

Thanks Carolyn.. keep telling myself to slow down.. which I’m sure I will do once the times get longer but once I get going and get into a rhythm it just seems to flow

Well done Swisstony😊..

You are running quite fast, you may want to slow down a little as the running sections get longer. You are training to be able to run for 30 mins non-stop and there is no need for speed at this stage of the plan.

Sounds like you are loving it, its great isn't it and the plan really works..

Good luck with W2 R3😊x

Thanks Jan.. I am not aim for speed, but the current pace feels comfortable for me at this time, I am sure that this will slow as the sections get longer... I promise I do say “slow down” to myself when I out, but when I download the stats it appears I have not ... I will try to go slower

Huge well done!! So pleased for you that you have caught the bug too! I also tried running before and really didn't like it but this couch to 5k is just what I needed. Never before have I looked forward to a run until now! Long may it continue for the both of us

Thanks Minnow... I am really enjoying it so far... ask me again when the wind is howling and it is coming down in buckets !! I may give a slightly different response 😂
