Excellent news! That week 5 final run is such a great one to complete. I bet you’re still smiling!

Just a note of caution about week 6…it’s really easy to go off a bit fast after the massive high of week 5 and then run out of puff. Try and take it super steady and enjoy every stride.

Welcome to this forum-we’re a super friendly bunch and we love to chat about all things running. You must have already developed some serious c25k skills to have achieved all you’ve done so far. There’s a brilliant little guide to the programme here with lots of helpful hints and tips that’s still worth a read.  For me, the most important thing was keeping it slow and steady at a pace where you can talk in full sentences without gasping.  Most of us go too fast!
