Week 5 in the bag, would never have thought it possible a while ago, I'm reasonably fit but to run 20 mins non stop and not need an ambulance after, I am well pleased. Onwards and forever upwards now. Thanks for all the support that makes this easier.😁

Well done! It's a real milestone run and sets you up mentally for what's next. I hope you continue to amaze and impress yourself :) I'm on week 8 and prefer the unbroken runs, not saying it's easy, but satisfying and do-able if you follow the plan! Good luck

Well done, I found run 2 harder for some reason, just concentrate on slowly jogging along, I fix on a point ahead to run to and that seems to break things up a bit and all of a sudden your there jumping up and down like sly Stallone in rocky!!!! X😄

I hope so. I'm very impressed you could jump up and down Rocky style after running for 20 minutes x

Well done ! Week 5 is a major milestone, I think.

I had sleepless nights before Week 5 Run 3 to be honest, the jump to 20 minutes seemed to be a HUGE step up.

What I realised soon after is that each week, each run, builds you up for the next one and it is as mentally challenging as physically., but perfectly do-able , as you have proved !

So , you can now put that under your belt and onto Week 6 .

Good Luck , Onwards , always ! xxxx

Yeah well done you!  I just did it last night too - out there in that fantastic sunshine..I was pretty scared about 20 minutes straight up...when I started I could only manage 40 seconds on that first run hahaha - so last night to do the 20 - and like you said not need an ambulance - result!!  See you in week 6 :)

Yes still running.. Hard to believe a year ago I was only a beginner. A lot happens in a year. Running all the time is great. Did 14k this morning. This is a great plan to follow. Good luck with finishing. Andy
