I'm always afraid I will just drop running by simply not showing up for it. A recent gap of 2 and a half weeks had me nervous....was I going to get back on the horse or not? Well, early this morning as the full moon was waning, I did a mini, very gentle jogette and of course, all the delights of running were still there, outside, waiting for me.
Autumn colours, a full moon that looked like the sun, and legs, heart, feet, and muscles that still worked to propel me forward. Like many on here, I thought about the legacy of IannodaTruffe as I ran, and gave silent thanks for him and everyone on here.
Have a good day everyone. ❤
