I wish I'd joined this group before undertaking my very first run! Thank you for the welcome and the really useful tips. I have definitely been running too fast because I know that I would not be able to hold a conversation. Hoping to do run 3 today, so will aim to slow it right down and look to see what difference it makes. Thanks again
