To celebrate finishing Week 5 I’ve been to a proper running shop and been assessed and fitted with these beauties! An expensive rest day! 😂

A great investment and good timing too. You will find that they will be great as you move onto the longer runs and will be great for your post grad runs too. Plus they are very nice. You will look fast just standing still.😀👍

You could ask the shop if they have any of last years styles or discuss a budget with them. You could be nicely surprised. Once you buy the shoes from the shop they don’t charge for the gait analysis.

Very nice! This may not be the last expensive rest day. There's lots of very nice stuff out there .. and afyer shoes, well everything else seems 'relatively' cheap. Happy running (and happy shopping)
