I had to take a couple of extra days off from running due to my 23 yr old son being in hospital with heart probs (still in there) But... he’s in the best place and wanted me to get out there. So this was for him, and so will the final two runs of C25K. ❤️

Thinking of you and imagine this will put some real wind beneath your wings! x
It really did, thought of him all the way around and thank you. Hope that you’re recovering well? x
Like you ...I have inspiration from my Mam...she was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in November..and the signs are becoming more noticeable..she's my best friend so I owe her this...she checks her phone for the screenshot my runs ticked off and it makes her day. Soon as this is over I'm doing a Memory Run for her. Keep going...and best wishes..I start WK 9 Friday..😁🌈🍀

Great job... and it’s great to hear that your son really wanted you to get out there. Here’s wishing him a speedy recovery, and you some nice relaxed runs to close this plan out.
