After a week procrastinating since downloading the app, I actually did it today. It was harder than I thought which shows just how unfit ive become but it was a real motivation to be able to post it here.

The first step is the hardest - I had lost all my fitness and didn't believe I would stick it out, but am about to start week 5 and loving it; trusting the plan is what all will tell you and that is 100% right.
