well, I waited for the hailstones to pass, but I did it, week 1 day 1 and I have to say the running got easier, I never thought it would (I know it's only day 1). I had a bad back for 25 years and running was never an option, but I feel as if I'm on the up and I'm following my 14oo cals a day.

That's wonderful ukelady! The first step is the hardest and this is a wonderful programme. You are a runner
Well done Ukelady! It is a great programme and I hope you keep with it and continue to rise
Well done. First day has been my hardest so far. Good luck!
As far as I'm concerned, once you have popped on your shoes, stepped over the threshold and taken those first steps, you ARE a runner. WELCOME.
Few of us ever thought the grad badge would one day adorne our name, but it has now been issued to thousands...and you are now in the queue for yours.
If I may add one thing? Don't rush at it; it will take time; it will hurt-a-bit at times; and some days you will hate running...but you CAN do it. We are ALL here to support and encourage you every step of the way.
GOOD LUCK
Well done. Great start!
Keep going, stick to the plan and take your time.
Week1 Day1 is the hardest day, you'll get some great energy to keep going now.
