So what do I have for brunch?

Two boiled eggs, rocket and cherry tomato?

Well done. Blimey, that’s some motivation from the consultant.

Beware running can make you think you are hungry when it is really thirst. Get used to drinking lots of water.

Enjoy the next one.

Well, the consultant also recommended couch to 5k. I brushed it off but then I thought I'm going to show her. Anyway, I've had a couple of boiled eggs with cheery tomattors and garlic and rocket. Plenty of water.

Well done. Use whatever motivates you. Hopefully still being here will be one of those things.

I have some work colleagues who have become runners since I’ve known them and they rave about it. I’ve always brushed it off until recently.

Enjoy the next run.

Thanks fb450, I know that going for a run tomorrow will most likely be too much. Going everyday will probably be counter productive if I fail to go later on, so I won't. Or I may go and just do some weights. Not sure.
