Thank you to everyone for you support after my last post ❤ Finished week 5 (all be it on the treadmill) with ease and feel confident that as long as I listen to my body my old injury is behind me. No reservations now going forward and got my eyes on graduation and being able to say I'm a runner! On a side note also feeling a bit proud of myself after losing 7.5lbs in the five weeks since I restarted the program so all in all I'm a happy loper today 😀

Well done !! I've just came off my treadmill after completing it too, feels great eh . Lucky you with the weight loss I've not lost any but I do think my stomach is flatter so that's a bonus. Week 6 here we come !
Double congratulations to you! You must be made up with that run and the weight loss. Treadmill running is running. Don’t think that it’s inferior-just different. You nailed that run so be super proud of yourself. 🎉
Fabulous news! We'll done & the confidence you've gained will help to spur you on to week 6👍 just remember not to go too fast & keep a slow & steady pace... every run I do I repeat this to myself & its worked so far!
