Thank you to everyone for you support after my last post ❤ Finished week 5 (all be it on the treadmill) with ease and feel confident that as long as I listen to my body my old injury is behind me. No reservations now going forward and got my eyes on graduation and being able to say I'm a runner! On a side note also feeling a bit proud of myself after losing 7.5lbs in the five weeks since I restarted the program so all in all I'm a happy loper today 😀
