morning all i have just finshed w6r3 so 25 mins running .I won't say I found it easy and needed a couple of walk breaks to catch my breath at the top of hills . There is quite a lot of inclines on my route . Should I repeat this one or move straight on? Xxx

Well done on that run zoed40, could you not find a flatter course to run run 3 of week 6 of C25K? I wouldn't advise you to continue until you can run for 25 minutes without stopping, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, take a extra day off running and run it a little slower than you did the first time, possibly on a flat course, good luck. 👍✅

Well done on your progress.

Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.

Counterintuitively, it is easy conversational pace running that builds your stamina and endurance, not fast running.

Say this sentence out loud to yourself "Am I going slow enough to enable me to speak this sentence in one out breath?" If you cannot, you are going too fast.

We do recommend that you fully complete each session before you move on, but we take your word that you have completed the plan before awarding a graduation badge.

Enjoy your journey.

Hi zoed40 , I did all of C25K on routes with inclines as there's no choice where I live. I think slowing down to the recommended easy pace is your answer, not changing your route. And yes, in your situation I'd repeat the run. Knowing that you can complete 25 minutes' continuous running should give you confidence for Week 8.

As a fellow person who lives with hills all around, I agree. I’ve had them in my routes since the beginning. As long as you really slow down, there’s no reason to avoid them. In my view it’s better to learn how to handle an incline earlier rather than later.

Really good luck for your next run zoed40 . If repeat the one you’ve done after a good rest and really focus on taking it steady.
