Welcome to the forum, but I suspect that you did not intend to post on a forum for new runners.

Since you don't say where you live, and you've posted on a forum for people interested in the NHS Couch to 5K programme, nobody can possibly give you any recommendations Natalieloveswalks . Try Googling "dog walks near me" and it'll give you loads of results.

I agree you may be on the wrong forum, but there is an app AllTrails which lists thousands of walks which you can search by location
