I did it!!! Just completed W9R3 and I’m so excited! Never ever thought I would be able to run. I’m soaked through as the heavens opened mid run but I don’t care. It’s taken me 11 weeks thanks to holiday and doing my back in, and it’s still taking me 36 minutes running to reach 5k, but onwards and upwards!
