Tim’s run (but walking)

I feel like I’m cheating here as I’m not running at all at the moment, but I couldn’t let the moment pass without posting a tribute to Tim aka Iannoda Truffe. Here’s a photo from one of my favourite places, where I did much of Couchto5k once, and hope I will again one day. The woods are above Whisperdales near Scarborough, and a wonderful place to find peace and tranquillity, with yieldingly soft pine needles underfoot and birdsong above. I was there yesterday with my family, going at an easy conversational pace (walking..😂). And smiling..😊

I walked for Tim too, can't run at the moment but I wanted to do something. Beautiful photo Peggy. Walking and smiling, sounds perfect!
