I posted last week I was struggling with wk 6 day 3 , well last night I managed to complete it. I slowed down my speed to 5mph. It was a push to complete but I managed it 😃. Thanks to all of you who gave me advice and spurred me on.

Well done! If it’s a push to complete, you can probably slow down even more. Controlling your pace is a great skill to have. Keep at it-you’re doing brilliantly!
