Sin it yesterday. What! I was expecting a slower run for endurance. Shock on me to discover that it starts at 158bpm. I managed to complete 35 min but I fell off the pace quite a bit. Clearly this was a bit advanced. Will keep trying stepping stone and give this one a try when more comfortable.
It was a challenge but managed to fit three runs in over the last week

Ooooo yes this is a bit tough. I did it once, then left it for three months. Im getting there with it now so it's a go to when I want a bit of a mix up.
You did it and that's the important thing - the pace will come - after all it is called 'Stamina' - and that's what it is aiming to build up I guess and it doesn't happen instantly. Thing is it's a 35 minute run which is 5 minutes longer than the graduation run. I've just 're-graduated' and did the Stamina run myself this morning. It wasn't easy but it was easier than the last time I tried it
I've done speed a few times since I graduated, and have tried Stepping Stone once. I know I found Stamina really hard last time round (about 2 years ago, maybe more!), so have been putting off trying it again. And yes, if it starts at 158 it'll be too quick for me at the moment, so thanks for the warning!
Keep going with it though - you've done it now, so you have something to aim for and try to improve...
Stamina is great. Don't expect to finish it, put it on when you need a challenge. I completed it for the first time in the fall - I think I had graduated 2.5 years earlier.
Think of it as a goal to work on occasionally, like running all the way up a big hill, or hitting a distance or time goal
