Off I went this morning to start the first run of week 2.
The first 90 seconds run seemed to be a long time and I was nearing the end of the lane when I looked at my phone and realised that the app had stuck at 1m27!
Still,I suppose it's good practice for the weeks ahead.😉 Has anyone else had technical difficulties with the app or is it just my phone?

Yes, I accidentally pressed pause putting my phone back into my pocket. Was also week 2 and I remember thinking how much longer 90 seconds felt! But no harm done.
I think what I remember most is thinking oh Michael hasn’t spoken to me in a long time - it happened quite a bit. The app kept switching itself off for some reason! 😊
It only happened once to me but I've read about people deleting and reinstalling the app when it happens more frequently. I'm also guilty of accidentally pausing a run while putting the phone back in my pocket.
The app was very unreliable for me - weak signal I suppose being in a rural setting. I use the downloads with Laura instead, although I'd love to hear Michael or Sarah!
Yes, I received a call while on a run section of a new week and was impressed that my £20 Bluetooth headphones picked up the call when I pressed the button on the side. It was the first time I had used that feature.Call finished and a press of the button and my music resumed. On I ran, and on, and on, and on. Bl**dy Hell, this week is hard I thought. Finally I took the phone from the case strapped to my arm. Yep, it was still paused, with 3 mins running to go.
The app pauses Ok, but does not resume. I dont even know why it pauses. If you run while on the phone, the app should just keep going.
What i have noticed is that the bell that rings to say you are half way, rings after 14 minutes from the beginning of the warm up walk, not in the middle of the run section. Again, is it my phone or the app???
Living outside UK, so I couldn't download the app on android and had to download it as the podcast. Downside was the music wasn't to my taste, but upside was I knew the tech was off when the music stopped!!
