Eleven days ago I downloaded this app & did my very first run 🏃♀️! Then for the next 48 hours I was in bed with a really horrid bug. It took me another couple of days just getting my strength back. So for my next run, almost a week after the first, I repeated run one.
I then really got into the 🏃♀️! W1R3 ✔️ Later today, I am about to start wk 2! I am looking forward to starting a new week; these little things are milestones for me.

It’s not a race so just take your time. Trust in the programme and listen to the expert advice you find here and you’ll be fine…. If I can do it, everyone can!
Yes good luck but take care and listen to your body particularly your heels.I got to the same point then disaster struck I damaged my Achilleas and so far it’s been 6 weeks of pain and discomfort and still not managed to get back.
According to my physio I should have taken those little feelings of sore heels more seriously and rested longer.
