Congratulations on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, report back here on your progress, good luck for your running journey with C25K.

Congratulations on starting your journey!

Week one was probably the toughest for me, runs 1 and 3 were especially difficult. I was thoroughly winded all throughout but it got easier as time passed. Just make sure you run at a very comfortable pace.

You should jog at a conversational pace. If you're running alone, try saying a few lines to make sure that you can complete them without great difficulty. Pacing right was probably what helped me be more comfortable with my journey.

Make sure to check this guide out --> healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Good luck with your journey!

Well done for getting started. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. I'll look forward to reading some updates 🌟

Once you get into the swing of it you’ll naturally make healthier choices and be more aware of how much and what you eat. Go for it! 🏃‍♀️🍌🍉🤸‍♀️

Hi De48

I had my first run today, it was challenging, but what a sense of achievement- I used Michael Johnson’s voice, as I fancy him, it made the run very worthwhile. When will you run again?
