W1R1 This isn't a walk in the park.

Was quite suprised at how much effort I had to put in, was thinking the first run would be really easy, but around the 5th 5 cycle I was feeling it, the relief when the app told me I could walk again!

It's good for me, means it will be a bigger challenge than expected, really enjoying the App, seems like a must have, and that cheap samsung fit E syncs well with my samsung phone with the health app, nice to see whats going on.

Onto run 2!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum and C25K, just take all the runs slowly, keep to the program, no running on consecutive days, if you wish you can repeat any runs or week's, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1. 😊 🏃

Well done getting started. First trick for me was learning that my brisk walk could be faster than my run! You can do this running slowly if needed! Good luck it’s the most amazing journey!

Thank you for all the great comment, part of me wants to just run again but as I am already feeling the effects I should enforce a 1 day rest. I am very lucky to be able to run in our local nature reserve, good steady paths and wonderful greenery, plus saw a mummy and daddy swan with signets just chilling in the lake
