Back on treadmill today W1R1, managed to get an extra run section done, so that’s 6 out of 8, that means only got an extra 5 minutes plus cool-down to do, thankfully we have an aircon unit in main bedroom which I moved to blow into the treadmill room, still hot and dripping but felt great afterwards.
Sections on chart that show Idle was when I had to steady myself with handle so watch did not pick up movement.

Wow that's looking good. Just touching the red zone, pretty perfect on a day like today! Funny about watches and what they pick up - mine was on top of the hall cupboard and it buzzed at me as I sauntered slowly past (conserving energy, you understand). I glanced at it expecting an email notification, but no! MOVE it said! Cheeky blooming article, I was fancying an upgrade. Might be sooner rather than later 😁
