Well following on from my way to early post in the wee small hours...

IVE GRADUATED !!! πŸŽ“πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“

I compromised and went on the treadmill increased the incline for 3.5 and 4.0.

I also increased my pace up to 5.1 ( that’s fast for me!)

With Kingdom choir playing on the headphones courtesy of Spotify... I’ve made it.

It’s been several hard months but I’m so pleased to have completed this 😊

Also I felt so good I kept going for the extra 5 mins to get 3.13miles in πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½

So 5k achieved not in 30mins but 35!

Who would have thought it all those months ago when I found it so hard to do Week 1...

That I would’ve SMASHED IT!!!! πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Sorry... I’m happy for the time and for completing C25K. I really don’t know what the average time for 5k is. Maybe that should be my next goal, improve the time πŸ€”

I have no idea what the average time is either. I just know that I’m no way near a sub 40 5k and don’t think I will be when I finish in about 2 weeks πŸ˜‚ You are only competing with yourself so the fact that you ran your first 5k in 35 minutes when several months ago you couldn’t is fantastic!! You can set your goal to be anything :)
