At the moment, I’m running on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. What would be the best way so I can do Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday instead.

Don't run tomorrow. Run on Saturday. Then you're there!
Sorry kidding, rest and maybe walk or something , make sure you keep the blood flowing to all the areas worked
The only rule is that you shouldn’t run two days in a row. If you wish to have 1, 2 or even 3 days between runs, that is fine. Enjoy ‘week’ 2.
Just run Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday ..... I run Sunday... Tuesday and Friday... you can take extra rest days and keep it to your three days runs
You could also run today (Friday) and then run Sunday, and then you'll be set for starting your new routine on Tuesday.

I ran two consecutive days this my first week because I had no other times. I ache a bit now but my next is Monday so good rest. Swimming to keep loose
