At the moment, I’m running on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. What would be the best way so I can do Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday instead.

I’m due to finish week 1 tomorrow but don’t want to overdo it doing an extra day.

Don't run tomorrow. Run on Saturday. Then you're there!

The only rule is that you shouldn’t run two days in a row. If you wish to have 1, 2 or even 3 days between runs, that is fine. Enjoy ‘week’ 2.

Just run Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday ..... I run Sunday... Tuesday and Friday... you can take extra rest days and keep it to your three days runs:)

You could also run today (Friday) and then run Sunday, and then you'll be set for starting your new routine on Tuesday.

I’ll see how I feel... managed to develop a cold and a bit bunged up. Then again, going for a run today might help me sweat out the germs quicker

I ran two consecutive days this my first week because I had no other times. I ache a bit now but my next is Monday so good rest. Swimming to keep loose
