Week 7 run 3 done.
A struggle but it was my own fault, I was overconfident after completing the first two runs and set off far too fast then had to slow right down to recover and couldn't find my rhythm at all. It was really humid as well which didn't help.
A minor whinge, why does the halfway bell sound so long before the halfway announcement? Does the same thing happen in weeks 8 & 9?
I've found many unexpected bonuses over the last 7 weeks, maybe I should have expected this one, I'm definitely more toned. I'm sure there are many others out there like me who have a small problem with stress incontinence. It's something that has always been a problem for me when running or jumping but it seems to have disappeared ๐๐ฆ๐โโ๏ธtenalady no longer required ๐๐
