Week 6 Run 3 done, week 7 here I come!

Can't quite believe I just ran 25 mins. I could only just manage 60 secs at the start of this.

My biggest obstacle I have realised is my own mindset. I approach every run telling myself I won't be able to do it and I carry on telling myself that, until I'm at least halfway through the run. I really need to work out how to approach the runs with a more positive outlook!

Well done Ruthy, believe in the program and yourself. A positive approach will really help...

Wk 7 onwards, start nice and steady, find your comfortable pace and relax into it.. You are ready..you can do this..

😊x

Brilliant, well done!

Congrats Ruthy! I am doing that run tomorrow, well an attempt at it. I remember way back when I could hardly run a minute, too. I hope I can do it tomorrow, but if not I'll run as long as I can and try again on Saturday! Thanks for sharing and inspiring.

The great thing about Week 7 (at least this is how I’m trying to think of it!) is that as we managed Week 6 Run 3 we know we are capable of at least the next three runs! 👊🏻 Well done 🎉
