So last night, i braved the cold, and completed Run 2 of Week 7....will be completing Week 7 tomorrow night, and onwards and upwards onto week 8!!
I know this gets banded around here so much, but slowing down really does help, i thought i was going slow, then realised i can go even slower, and that seems to have helped a lot on the longer runs!
Some of my most enjoyable (and in my mind successful) runs are the slow ones. I am a disciple of Oldfloss. π Well done on your week 7 run. I loved this end part of C25K - a chance to really see your progress and to start to feel like a runner! πββοΈ
