Good morning. I have picked back up after a long break. Started on week 4 as I have another 10k in September in altrincham. I did a 10k in tatton park in January and beat my personal best with 1h 16secs. I was a little gutted as I wanted under an hour but I'm going to push in September.

Welcome back…good to hear you beat your PB…1 hour 16 mins is a very respectable time (same as mine just about) …there’s no way I could do 10k in an hour! Good luck…but don’t push yourself too hard…you don’t want to risk injury…
