just finished week 2 again, i did the whole program a couple of years ago, but got too carried away and tried to get up to 10k, which gave me nothing but pain in my knee. So after a bit of a long rest i decided i needed to get off the couch again and here we are :)

enjoying it so far.

How's the knee now? Was it anything specific? Hope it holds up for you and you sail through the weeks with no problems. :)

Take things easy then, but if you get problems again, make sure that your shoes are good ones. I suffered calf pain from hell and minor knee niggles for the entire programme, only to find they disappeared like magic once I had the correct shoes!
