Week 1 Complete- 4th time to the programme!

Fourth time returning to Couch to 5K because I know the programme works.

Starting and staying on a treadmill with doors wide open trying to grab that fresh air and looking out on the garden.

This community will be my accountability partner again. I am going to run every other day so aiming to get up to 30 minutes mid August with some contingency. Thank you for this programme. It's like bumping into an old friend and recalling all you have in common. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ»

Hello hello! πŸ‘‹πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™‹πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ So good to see you back. I’ve been missing your lovely posts!

And so good to see you returning to C25k! Well done!

I’ve just finished my 2nd time on C25k, and chose a Zombie, Run version! I had good fun, and am now consolidating.

So I’ve started to not think of it as going backwards but rather progressing onwards, and every C25k journey makes us stronger! (I even have a list of C25k programmes to choose from next time around : healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... )🀣🀣

Your treadmill location sounds just perfect! I’ve got an indoor rower but wish I had a space like that to put it!

Happy running!

Hello! So lovely to see you on the forum again! I'm pleased you're running again - once it gets into our brains it can't really ever disappear can it! I've just repeated the programme too, although from the middle and of course you know it works. A good time of year to do it too! Good luck.

Thank you, Roxdog. I went back and read some of your posts. Congratulations on your retirement. I hope you enjoy it. It took me some serious adjustment...claiming it was a gap year.Glad you are up and running too. Right behind you with the programme ...quite a long way behind you admittedly. πŸ™„πŸ˜πŸ‘
