Week 1 complete!

Last run of week 1 complete! This has been the best one to date. I didn’t feel excessively tired or breathless at any point. Could have done more than was required this run but I reminded myself to trust and stick with the programme. Also added in a little bit of hill to today’s run.

When I look back to only Tuesday... the difference just three runs make is amazing! Feelin' good :)
