Managed this 28 minute run this morning- those extra 3 minutes seemed like a lot at the start of the run - I just had to concentrate on completing it and not worry about speed - feel pleased to manage it and my VO2 max went up a point too today on my watch which is encouraging

Good job!

I found 20 to 25 much easier than 25 to 28. That was tough!

My VO2 has been going down since week five. I wonder if that is because I keep on having interruptions, instead of keeping a steady 3x per week routine.
