I had to take a break from running after completing C25K and was gutted. Anyway I decided to start again from the beginning after a break. All Good !
So today I completed week 5 and I remember the first time round I was so nervous and apprehensive about wk5 run 3 - 20 mins 😣 😳
Well today I completed it again got myself focused and completed it 😃. So impressed with myself. I actually feel to a degree it’s mind over matter if you’ve completed the other weeks . So anyone thinking I’ll never run for 20 minutes……
