I'm doing exercise DVD's at home to try and get stronger. Quite enjoying it actually, which is something I never expected to be saying
Ease up on yourself Moger. Rome wasn't built in a day!
Good news Moger. Hope you can temper your natural drive to, er, drive yourself so hard. There's a lot to be said for core strengthening exercises too.
Variety's the spice of life Moger, mix it up, it really does pay off (says she from the injury bench)
"I run a very slow 5k 26 mins easy pace". - if only
Good Luck with getting back to painless running.
A 'slow' 5K in 26 minutes? I see!
Glad you are happy. I would be ecstatic with that! Good luck with the physio!
Building up core strength is something that we should advise everyone to do before they up their endurance too much. Getting everything balanced makes all the difference.
Good luck Moger. Take your time, there is no need to rush.
no probs hope it helps
