What a week! Personal bests being smashed all over the place, and today I ran 20 mins in one go. Who would have thought!! Definitely not me.
It wasn't easy but it wasn't hard either. I am absolutely delighted with myself.
Big thanks to everyone in this community for all the motivation, support (and playlists!) you've given already. I couldn't have got to this stage without you xx

Brilliant! No stopping you now - you’ve got this! I’ve just completed W4, so this time next week I’m hoping to be where you are today 😊
What a fantastic milestone. Glad to hear it went well. Good luck for week 6. Back to the last set of intervals. But sounds like you’ve got this nailed.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
Well done 👍👍. I have got my first 25 minute run tomorrow. I think I am probably a week ahead of you. We are also same age. I'm 58 and have never done any running til now.I'm over the moon for you and fingers crossed I I will be posting a positive run tomorrow for me.
I've done it!!!! It's 7am and I am just back from my first 25 minute run. I was quite worried about it as I found last week's shorter runs a bit of a challenge even though I had fun the 20 minute run fine. Definitely mind over matter. Well done me. I'm giving myself a tap on the back. X
WOW - amazing congratulations 🎉🎉🎉. I loved the euphoria, pride and amazement of achieving the 20 minute run and looking back at how far we have come!!! It is such an achievement and you should be so proud of yourself. Onwards and upwards, although hopefully less upwards as I’m not a fan of hills either!! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
