W5r3 - smashed it 😁

I noticed lots of other people completed the dreaded 20 minute run today (well done everyone!) so thought I’d share that I also completed it this evening! Was really chuffed with myself, I took it slow and felt good so I managed to speed up at the end. I covered 2.9km at an average pace of 6:59/km - but I have no idea I’d that’s good/average or slow πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ but anyway I’m feeling even more motivated now and am looking forward to week 6 ☺️

Did it feel good? If it did then it’s a good pace. How you feel and what the run gives you don’t show in the stats, but I always add them to one of my running apps so I can look back and see everything. Great run today... slow and steady into week 6 and you got this.

Thursday and Friday of this week seems to have been two days that far more runners than average have ran runs 3 of weeks 5 and 6 and also graduated from C25K, it must be due to the present lockdown, congratulations to you on "smashing" run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

Well done. πŸ† I completed mine yesterday morning. Was dreading it and was quite nervous to start with. I really didn't want to fail, as the whole #C25K experience has been so good with a huge feeling of achievement. I not only ran the 20 mins but continued to 30 πŸ˜€ have been on top of the world since 😁 today is walk/rest day, bring on Week 6.

Very hearty congratulations! Now bottle up that feeling, and sense of accomplishment. It is going to come in very useful in the next few weeks. You are definitely a runner now!

Wow that is so good! I have recently completed the coach to 5k and still not done it in 30 mins it takes me between 36-38 mins, so you’re faster than me !! Keep it up , you are doing great πŸ‘πŸ»
