Found this one a bit tougher but I suspect it was more to do with being at physio yesterday and being a bit tender after some poking and prodding. On a positive tho, breathing definitely improving during this programme... Was quite windy and didn't even bother using neck gaiter this time running into the wind. Wasn't easy but last time I attempted it I was sure I was going to die and had to turn back.
Think extra rest day on the cards to work through new stretches.

Awww, hopefully tomorrow is a better day. If it makes you feel better, mine took a rapid decline ... My wee one smashed the TV and spent majority of day either screaming, crying or throwing things in my direction 🫣
