Was a bit worried about this run but I just told myself I did it the run before and survived I can do it again.

Once I got into my pace I was fine and didn't listen for the bell as it just upsets me 🤪. Only big issue was the gradual incline at the end which I hadn't planned for and it definitely felt like a hill or was it a mountain.......

Overall did it and almost looking forward to the next run on Wednesday 😉

Well done. You’ve got this. The longer runs get easier, especially if you keep the pace slow.

I just realised from reading your post that I hadn’t even noticed the halfway bell on yesterday’s run. Must have really been in the zone.

It’s usual for me to feel great at the beginning of a run but once these old bones get going it’s a breeze!! Yes plan some flatter routes even if you do a loop 😜
