Ok, been there already as we had a 25min run the other day at the end of 6. I have to say I really struggled with this one. Bloody hard work and took a lot of mental fortitude to keep going. Did not have a run partner so that did not help. I am sure that I will get to the end but at the moment if feels more like stubbornness than anything. I have to say I felt tired when I arrived at the gym, the four flights which I have been going up 3-5 times a week since December seemed harder but my 20 mins on the crosstrainer seemed quite easy and I thought after I had done my circuit I was up for the challenge but the toxic teens kicked in around about oneteen all the way to twentyfiveteen! One big struggle. Did not help when Laura encouraged those who have been on a treadmill to go running outside for a change, excuse me but are you mad woman? It's 38 in the bleedin' shade!

Onwards and onwards!

Jonno - I found week 7 Run 1 and 2 a real slog - going for run 3 tomorrow so I’ll see if the rumours are true that run 3 is a breeze

Thanks Ray, blindsided me a bit to be honest!

To be honest for me it was the heat - I’m on holiday and was adamant I was not going to have a break in the program - the hotel gym was 25c which was not great - running outside was a no-no too as it is 30+c
