Week 9 Run 3 - Done!! Woohoo 🎉

I’ve done it!!! So so happy with myself. It took me 17 weeks to complete rather than 9, but I’ve done it and it feels great!!

Not sure what to do for my next run now though? Do I repeat the week 9 runs, go it alone or use another app? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!!

Well done on completely your final run in the programme. 🥳I have done a couple of consolidation runs now after graduating last week and I was happy to press the Run Again button on the Couch to 5K app. I am not ready to move on Probably after a month or so I may add a couple of minutes on to the length of my runs.

Thank you! 😊 Yes I am going to do the same. I haven’t managed the whole 5k yet in the 30 mins so I’m going to keep using the app until I manage the full 5k and then decide where to go next.. I can’t imagine not having my mentor there spurring me on!!
