Week 9 run 3 done!! 🥳

Wow! Never thought I’d get to this point! A solid run but didn’t manage the full 5k in 30 minutes (and felt a bit annoyed with myself that I didn’t keep going to get to the magical number). Still, it feels like it’s in shouting distance so something to aim for next...

A huge thank you for all the support and encouragement. I’ve found this forum such a source of motivation. You are all brilliant and have really helped this reluctant runner on her way!
