Woo hoo! We've done it! Me and my running partner. Completed C25K. Carried on running for 35min in total until I had done 5K. That's my goal now. Will just keep running for 30mins and try to do 5K within that time. Thanks for everyone's support. Really enjoyed it. And here's to a new running life! Can't believe it!

Consolidation of the 30 minute runs u=is really great for a couple of weeks, along with other runs; shorter, new routes and maybe even a 'see where I get to', slower longer run... all helping to build up the running legs and stamina and strength... the C25K has just started the process!
Then the C25K+ podcasts are really very useful... different disciplines in our running and great for helping with improving speed and stamina too! But, there is time for that... just enjoy the moment and know... this is just the beginning!!!
