Week 9 run 3 - woohoo graduate!

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️Hiya everyone🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

So proud of myself completing this today! For the first time, I had to push through this run on my own as hubby’s ankle was playing up and he had to stop after 5 mins or so, but he was waiting to cheer me at the end! I saw quite a few dog walkers this morning and it was as if I had supporters lining my route cheering me along 🤣 “you’re doing so well”, “keep it up”. - maybe I looked like I was flagging cos I run so slowly haha.

This program & the support on here is amazing - thank you everyone as without this forum I don’t think I would have completed this
